Description

• Purple kohlrabi belongs to the same family as cabbage and cauliflower. It produces small-sized about 2.5-8 cm knol khol that is fully edible and can be eaten raw or cooked. The taste and texture of knol khol are similar to broccoli and cabbage but it is milder and sweeter.

• Temperature– knol khol grows best in cool temperatures ranging from 15 to 25°C.
